Seasons in Merano

The spa town of Merano is charming all year round. In spring, you will find Merano dominated by apple blossom and uncountable numbers of blooming flowers along the promenades. In summer, mountain peaks and lakes provide a perfect opportunity to cool down a little, while in autumn the Merano Grape Festival or traditions like Törggelen are celebrated. In the winters, the family-friendly ski resort Merano2000 will be an excellent choice. And of course, let’s not forget about Merano’s magical Christmas market during Advent season.
